It's truly an honor to announce that the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), a 501c6 non-profit, has selected Austin Wildlife Rescue for a remarkable opportunity. RECA serves as the premier advocacy organization for the Central Texas commercial real estate industry and brings together over 1,800 members yearly to advance civic leadership in support of responsible development and a livable Austin. Each year, RECA spearheads "Christmas in October," a philanthropic endeavor aimed at uplifting local 501c3 charities in need.

On October 26, we'll be joining forces with over 100 dedicated RECA volunteers to transform the Austin Wildlife Rescue (AWR) Intake Center. Together, we'll work tirelessly to enhance the facilities and create a more welcoming environment for animals in need, staff, and volunteers. We're deeply grateful for RECA's support in helping AWR's meaningful cause, and we extend our thanks to the volunteers and donors contributing to the community.
