Donate your land as a wildlife release site.

Every year, Austin Wildlife Rescue releases thousands of animals back into the wild. We need more than a few spaces, so we are always looking for new release sites.

Does your land qualify?

Your land may qualify as a wildlife release site.

  • 30+ acres of land
  • A permanent water source

What to have ready

  • The county your property is in
  • The physical address of the property
  • How many acres it is
  • Your name, address, and phone
  • Any species you do not want released

You stay in control. You can list any species you do not want released on your property.

How to donate your land

  1. Download and fill out the Release Authorization Form.
  2. Email your completed form to kathryn@austinwildliferescue.org.
  3. Our team will follow up about next steps.
