As one of the few places that has the space and staff to take in the many animals that come to us, each year we find that more and more wild animals are in need of our care.

2019 has been AWR’s busiest year to date! We opened the doors to our new wildlife rehabilitation center April 1st! We’ve taken in close to 8,000 animals while also providing more educational programs, attended more community outreach events, hired additional staff, and trained more volunteers than ever before.

Your donations provide specialized formula and diets, medical care, and supplies for the animals we take care of. AWR does not receive any city, state, or federal funding, so we rely solely on grants, fundraisers, and support from the community to help animals like these, every single day.

Supporters like YOU make all of this possible. Thank you!
